Really fantastic work from soup to nuts…read more I'm embarrassed to post pictures of my grill beforehand but I'd you're like me you know the crud that builds up inside, the greasy coatings throughout, and eventually the ominous smell of old charring. Anyway, Eric was super responsive and professional throughout. I was blown away by his attention to detail, hard work, and effectives in cleaning the beast of steel. My grill went from embarrassing to use to brand new in a couple hours. Can't recommend enough. Plus it's cathartic to see the transition.

Too difficult to do business with…read more I traveled a bit out of my way to visit this location because they were the closest authorized dealer that had the 2XL Big Green Egg in stock. I spent time with the owner and we agreed I would follow up via phone or email with the base and accessories I wanted. Unfortunately, after calling three times (each time he was unavailable) and emailing with no response, I decided to return in person the following week. The owner wasn't there, and the employee present seemed more interested in closing up for the day than helping me complete the order. He gave multiple excuses for why he couldn't help. In the end, I traveled a bit farther to the next nearest Platinum Big Green Egg dealer and was able to place my full order in under 10 minutes.
