I should have paid more attention to the older negative reviews that warned about last minute appointment cancellations - apparently this is common practice for this shady business. I made an appointment for a refrigerator repair evaluation 2 days ago, which was confirmed by V.A.P. by multiple texts and emails over the past two days. I also got a call from the repair technician (Sam) this morning at the start of my scheduled appointment window who confirmed that he would be arriving for the appointment in about an hour. Roughly 30 minutes later, I got a call from their office (JJ) who informed me that they were cancelling the appointment, claiming that this was due to my causing confusion about the repair work that needed to be done (despite my providing the exact same explanation of the issue to the technician that I explained on the initial call to make the appointment). read more

Washing machine was making banging noise on spin cycle. Steve came on Tuesday knew what problem was an ordered new suspension springs. Returned Friday, replaced springs with no problems or surprises. He ran a cycle with clothes to make sure problem was fixed before he left. He also gave me some useful information on keeping my machine clean. Cost was reasonable (better then purchasing a new machine) with one year warrenty on parts. Hopefully, I get a few more years of use. I highly recommend, and would use again if needed. read more

Called Vision Appliance Professionals when my refrigerator wasn't cooling enough to keep ice frozen (didn't realize the refrigerator was 20+ years old when I called). They showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem - the defrost timer wasn't working properly. Also recommended that I replace the thermostat. Both parts needed to be ordered and were relatively inexpensive. The parts were overnighted and installed when the arrived. I highly recommend this service. It is not that bad to be an hour late. He checked the dryer for 1 min. He said the dryer is working unless I wanna changing coil which is $319. I told him i will pass. So far I am still cool and all. Then I asked him to hook up my washer. wow is $210 and Sam did not intend to give me the courtesy to take off the $80 checking fee. the Best $80 to send someone away. I still think he has better days with better customers because I m not cool nor rich enough for his service. read more

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. They responded immediately, scheduled a consultation and arrived punctually. The appliance needed a special order part and was initially quoted 7 days until part would be delivered.
