A real human answered the phone the first time I called (I don't really love artificial humans answering calls); 2. Another (separate) human showed up to my house THE SAME DAY (today) to check it out and write me an estimate; 3. Unlike other companies the estimate I received was a beautiful and legible TYPED UP PDF SENT VIA EMAIL - people... do you know how amazing that is? If you could see the handwritten gibberish that I've been left with, you'd understand. 4. Their prices are competitive, and while you're paying a few dollars more (really not much) you're getting a fantastic value from a company that shows up and does what they say they're going to do. The part that really blew me away was when the estimator heard how frustrated I was (with the other companies) and said he wanted to try and get a crew out to my house in 2 days to do the work. When the dispatcher informed him that a crew wasn't available he looked at me and said "don't worry, I'll be here on Saturday and I'll do it myself." I felt bad (who likes working on the weekend?) so I asked if he would at least get a bonus or some kind of compensation for the additional work that's surely above and beyond his normal line of work. THAT'S WHEN HE TOLD ME HE'S THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. Friends. I couldn't. I still can't. I'm so excited to have found this company.
