Ryder was super professional and very friendly and responsive! He came over for our consultation last month ready to get our carpets taken care of; however, we hadn't moved our furniture and personal belongings out of the way at the time. He was more than happy to accommodate us for when we were ready. We had to reschedule once and again, he accommodated us. Our carpets were perfectly taken care of and looked just as good as when we first moved in. Ryder even added a seven day guarantee to his work. I chose Spot On cleaners due to the reviews but unfortunately I would not recommend them. I sought them out through Yelp and proceeded to get multiple estimates for carpet and grout cleaning on a move out for my home. To be honest, they appeared to good to be true bc majority of the reviews were 5 stars and their estimate was reasonable. Scheduled them about two weeks out for a Saturday morning appointment which happened to be the day after my house was packed up. I did not receive the call the evening before as stated in many of the reviews. My appointment was for 9am. At 9:15am no one was at my house and no one was answering the phone number listed on their Yelp page. So I left a lengthy message about how I had a scheduled appointment and no one was at my home. I finally received a call back at 9:45am telling me that they needed to cancel and reschedule due to lack of technicians for the day. Frustrated because this appointment was booked for a while, I agreed to Sunday at the same time. Woke up Sunday, to a text message at 7amish telling me that they were running behind for my 9am rescheduled appointment. Ok fine, so I wait....the technician finally arrived around 10:30am which delayed my Sunday plans. He explained what he would be doing upstairs and downstairs. I left my pets outside and the technician at my home since I had plans for the day. The tech assured me that I would receive before and after pictures and that he would lock up before he left. Which was not a problem bc everything was already out of the house. He also advised the carpet and floors would need a few hours to dry before accessing them - which was fine. Upon returning to the home, the floors were still damp, not a problem. I made sure not to go on the carpet until tomorrow. The clean up job was mediocre for me. The grout wasn't as clean as I expected and I guess I assumed the carpets would smell clean as they did not maybe they don't add deodorizers to their cleaning process. My fault for expecting it to smell clean when I came home. I never received before and after pictures as stated and I really wasn't wow'd by the job. Communication was not the best especially when my original appointment was canceled late on the day of. Maybe they were just having a bad weekend at the end of April. Unfortunately I would not recommend despite all of the great reviews. read more

After having a bad experience with master touch deep cleaning, I found the spot on carpet cleaning. Guess what? Not like this other company, spot on carpet cleaning never asked for prepayment even though I wasn't present during the cleaning session. :-) The appt was on 04/22/2022. Ryder was very punctual and responsive. He sent me before and after photos right after the cleaning session. After the appt, Gloria sent me the invoice and also called me to ask me how satisfied I was with the appt. Great service all around. Ryder from Spot On Carpet Cleaners impressed me. He's young, yet very responsive and flexible with scheduling. We need to support young small business owners. I used the Yelp Request a Quote function and picked 4 companies. Ryder was the first to respond for a request to clean 200 SF of carpet and 400 SF of tile. We used the Yelp messaging function to ask questions and set up the appointment. He was very responsive. When he showed up he was very professional and asked to see all the areas that needed to be cleaned and quickly got to work. The carpet and tile look brand new. read more

This company is fantastic from start to finish. They contacted us when they were on their way and arrived on time. Ryder, our tech/owner inspected the floors and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. He walked us through the whole process. He took several hours on our carpet and worked really hard to remove stains and any odor. As you can see in the pics he removed every spot. He pretreated and worked on stairs to ensure everything was perfect. Ryder was very professional and courteous. The price was one of the best we could find. Highly recommend this place. We are very pleased with the job "Spot on" did on our upstairs loft. We had some stains and the carpet is only 3 yrs old. They did a great job and the carpet turned out fantastic. One area is still showing a spot, but they will be coming back to go over the small area no charge. Extremely polite and aware of their surroundings. Customer service is their main goal, and they have done that with us. We will use them to clean the other areas when needed!!!! read more

Ryder was extremely flexible, arranging his schedule to meet ours, we used him twice to clean carpeting over the past year and a half and were very pleased each time. He was knowledgeable about carpet types, helped us understand wear patterns we were seeing in our carpeting (it was original contractor grade carpeting that wears out quickly, not because of anything we were doing) and he did an extremely thorough job.
