I was elated when they called to schedule the repair a few weeks later. I guess they squeezed me in. I wasn't exactly sure what it was going to take to replace the whole roof. But they walked me through it with the initial inspection. The replacement took four days. They didn't let me know how long it was going to take, but that's alright. The roof looks good. It's rained since it's been replaced, and there have been no leaks. I wasn't terribly happy that they removed and discarded two satellite dishes that I specifically asked them to replace once they took them off. We even discussed how they're not liable for tuning the dishes. They're gone. I keep finding nails in my driveway, which worries me. They had one small tarp to catch the debris that falls from the roof. I guess that wasn't enough. The craftsmanship looks pretty good. They caulked any holes, repainted all the pipe vents and stuff. My turbines are gone, and they "upgraded" to ridge vents. Overall, I'm satisfied with my roof.

After checking it out and seeing that it was not a warrantee issue, they fixed it with no questions asked. "Things happen" was the response. Very friendly. Contacted me in the morning when they were on their way and right before they got here. They had re-done my home roof and my extended garage after hurricane Harvey. 2 days after had an estimate. 3rd day dropped off the material and negotiated with the insurance. 4th day completed both roofs. 6th day billed the insurance and inspected the final product.
