We went to him because he is a local business and had better deals on flooring than other places. We talked to him looking for a good durable flooring that is glued down for kitchen appliances and high traffic. We picked out the color and style. We asked if this would fit our needs and were reassured that it was a good quality floor and substantial for our needs. With in 2 weeks there were 2 rips and the floor was coming up because it was never glued down as we requested before. We contacted him on our conserns and he didnt recall the conversation about what 2 things we requested and his only comment was "i don't remember that". We have had 4 different people come and check out our floor that had many years experience in flooring/construction. All 4 people said that if it would have been put down properly and glued down the damage would not have happened. So afer fighting over the phone for 3 months his help came out and fixed the rips in the floor, but we still are having trouble with the floor rolling up in areas. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH YOUNG'S FLOORING AND RECOMEND THAT IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I started tracking my order and it showed a UPS label was created, after days I realized there was no movement. I called Walmart and sat on hold for 2 hours. A representative finally answered and gave me Carpet Queens name and phone number. I called and spoke to Dave the owner, he was apologetic. He told me he was short staffed and would ship my order next week. Finally, I see tracking movement and it arrived at my door- A 3 foot round rug!! I paid $150 for a rug that I could have bought at Dollar General for $20. Now no one answers the phone at Carpet Queen. Imagine that! He had been inside our home, knew she was in a committed relationship, and this crossed a serious professional boundary. Regardless of intent, this behavior was inappropriate, made us uncomfortable, and damaged our trust in the professionalism and respect customers should expect when inviting workers into their home.
