Given my low expectations, they called me way earlier than I was expecting. My appointment was with Dr. Sukhranjan Nijjar, DPM. She was very professional and explained the situation very clearly. I found it easy to talk to her and she answered my questions very well. Unfortunately her diagnosis was clearly aligned with my advice nurse and my emergency room doctor. She then recommended what I thought was a pretty aggressive treatment schedule. But then I discovered if treatment were neglected, I might face possible amputation of my limbs, kidney failure, and blindness. OK early aggressive treatment is clearly called for.
