Beware of shady dealer. They will pinch every penny out of you and sell you a lemon! 1. Promised to service my car fully then neglected to change the oil which has caused multiple issues since purchase and continue on to this day. 3. TPMS that was installed still giving me false readings. First noticed on my drive home from picking up the vehicle. 2. Used the cheapest brakes possible which squeak very loudly. 3. Promised to put on new tires but looking at my records the tires were not changed even though it is written here on my bill of sale which is a legal binding contract no matter the time period. 1 star since my sales person was actually nice. Great sales service (Kyle M). A couple thing went awry but things were quickly done to rectify as best they could as quick as they could. Sales was very responsive. I purchased a 2024 Selod EX Premium. This was my second new purchase with Kia after my first vehicle was written off. I had issues with the first Kia Dealership. Very poor customer service a whole week just to look at my car and a hefty fee just to check what is wrong.

Terrible service, the manager at the Grimsby location was rude, started confrontation with my father and myself. I noticed a scratch and a gash on my front driver's side tire and rim. I told KIA of this problem and they assured me that they would call me back and resolve this issue as it was clear that I did not do this to the vehicle I just bought. I never received a call back and nothing has been done about this. they also do not take checks I had to pay for my car by putting 2000 on my Visa e-transfer $2, 000 to my salesman since both of the limits for me were reached the salesman had to drive me to the bank to get the rest of the money was ridiculous I don't think I will have a more ridiculous interaction in buying a car than I did read more

Sales were good...but it ends there . The service department is a joke. They are always trying to upsell and push parts that you don't need. I expect better from a mainstream dealership like this. This dealership used to be amazing. up until around the end of 2015 or 2016 when the ownership changed. You can feel a different vibe inside when you speak with staff, probably because most of the people on the floor were replaced or left when this happened. The dealership as a whole is more concerned about their bottom line then your concerns or problems. I wish my experience today (Sepember 2, 2016 was as good as all the reviews that love them. It almost was until everything changed after settling on a price and a handshake between the Sales Rep, the manager and my Son who came with me. We agreed on a used vehicle and the price was written as $16,657 as a final after consulting between the Sales Rep and Management two times. Then the Manager came out and says they made a mistake on the car and entered the wrong vehicle and asks for approximately $2,400 more to make the deal. The deal had been made at the lower price, we talked and I told him this was not good business ethics, I would not go to this higher price and was very disappointed with this approach. Absolutely bad business! He said if he sold me the car we had all settled on for the price that we had settled on he would lose his job. He should lose his job for this mistake that was KIA'S MISTAKE, NOT MINE.
