I've been looking for a printer for quite sometime and never had much luck finding one that I was completely satisfied with. Now, I had heard some wonderful comments about Artcraft Printing but after having stumbled upon an Internet reviewers remarks, I have to admit that I was a little bit leery about taking my printing to this business afterall. I decided to take this consumer's advice and try the printing supplier that they recommended, since I hadn't done so before - I was SORELY disappointed! I was just glad that I had not given them the full order of items that I needed! With my deadline drawing near I had no choice but to take a gamble on Artcraft Printing. The first time I called, I spoke to the owner and made an appointment to meet with him to discuss the details of my order. When I went in to meet with him, he greeted me and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entirety of our meeting. He emailed me samples and did not print my order until I gave him the go-ahead. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose to use Artcraft as my printing supplier! Not only did I get my posters, postcards, and business cards in a timely manner but the quality and service I received was OUTSTANDING! As a result of having taken my printing to this business, I have received plenty of compliments and praise about their work from my co-workers, clients, and even my boss! I would like to stress the fact that I have used other printers in this city, NEVER have I been completely satisfied with their quality and/or service. I will continue to take my printing to Artcraft because they are, in my opinion, the best that Corpus has to offer in this industry. And I do have to admit, that I am not a very easy customer to please - I always demand the highest of quality from all of my suppliers. They used to make a good book but now they are flimsy. Seems they are more interested in…read moreincreasing their profit margin not realizing that suddenly producing an inferior product to customers will only cause them to lose future orders from long time customers. What a disappointment. Now the pages fall out immediately upon handling the book. The fall 2022 book they made us was somewhat flimsy but manageable with careful handling. The 2023 books they made us were bound with a nice sturdy spiral and we never had to worry about pages falling out. The fall 2024 book they made us just arrived and as soon as I began to thumb through it, the back cover of the book fell off. When I examined the spiral I was stunned at how easy it was to pull each prong away from its "C" shape- something needed to retain the pages. When I laid it perfectly flat and examined it from the bottom of the book looking towards the top, the diameter of the spiral they chose was too small for the number of pages. I provide photos so you can see this year's book compared to last year's book and observe how flimsy the coil is and how easily it is "reshaped"- You will see how last year's book was durable and not amendable to reshaping. I used to make these books with my own binding machine in my professional life and never encountered a spiral this flimsy. It seems they are short sighted and wanted to increase their profit margin by using a less expensive spiral binder. Because they bind these themselves, they know this is too weak to perform the job the customer is paying them to do. When I sent them a video showing them how flimsy it was compared to last year's book they said it went through several approval processes before its release. The only approval process this went through was finding the least expensive spine for these books to increase their profit margin not giving a care to the full knowledge they have as professional book makers that the thousands of students who ordinarily order from them every fall will be struggling to keep the book together as they do their homework in it every week. They deal in bad faith. I don't like that.

Instead of clicking on the link, I called the Postal Annex. They pulled up my record and confirmed the zipcode on my package sent was correct and to delete the message, as it was not from them. They also said the zipcode would have been flagged originally if there was a problem. I like the woman that helped me at the Postal Annex. She was professional and efficient.
