So, when I make my way back home and there's things that excite me, I always find it fun to try them out. My grandma raved about the coffee shop when it opened up to me and it's been a pitstop every trip home ever since. The coffee's are always good, and I prefer a really sweet one and they're happy to do that! Which automatically guarantees that I enjoy every drink! The menu is humongous, whatever you can imagine it's gonna be right up there so come with adventure in mind cause you're gonna try something great if you're willing to go on it. On this trip, I got a cinnamon and amaretto flavored latte which was seasonal. Let me just say it was so good that I didn't even get to finish it. I got about halfway through and settling my coffee. Was walking out our car door with someone else! They stay pretty consistently busy, however, they don't take long at all to take your order. The entire experience was no more than 10 minutes from standing to placing my order. Then I received that same order and no less than maybe eight? They have a huge shop there's a ton of islands available for purchase throughout, and also dining area I love looking at the baked goods in the cooler case a lot of regional brands, including Daffin's (yum). Aiming to make my way back in the winter, and can't wait to see what creations they whip up next for the chalk board so that I can try those out too!

The staff were fast and took my order quickly. My hot drinks were made the way I ordered them in minutes. Overall, a problem-free visit.

The scallions are so fresh/strong, the little crock that it comes in is always burning hot so you can let them sit there while you eat your other food and don't have to worry about them being cold when you get to them, and the portion is HUGE! I also don't believe they add salt during cooking, which is probably good considering not everybody likes the same amount of saltiness, so add it at your heart's desire! They enter it at the window and then have you repeat the order. There is only one person that actually does their job on this shift which is a midaged man. He tries to correct the orders and does provide good customer service! Only reason I would even give Dunkin 3 stars is because of the man that does his job on midnight shift!

Someone else came in about 40 seconds after me and they got in the line with the cashier to order whatever, I asked the cashier if I could get donuts and she didn't want to move 4-5 feet to take care of me. First she was rude in her retort and the co-workers she was yelling at to help me se was rude too. They were rude but to her and no one knew what the heck they were supposed to do. Thank goodness I was got out soon but it WILL BE THE LAST TIME at this location on East State Street. I guess if you want coffee and other drinks this would be the place to go.
