She immediately went back to the kitchen and asked if they could still make this for me and the Kitchen staff had some remaining grits to make an order for me. I relocated 8 years ago from South Carolina and I seek out the best Shrimp and Grits whenever I can. I have to say that in my opinion the Iron Bridge Shrimp and Grits are one of the top 2 or 3 I have ever eaten! I want to also commend both our server Lesley as well as the kitchen staff for going above and beyond in making a customer visit special but also for all their work to prepare and serve our whole party with their meals as well. The tub didn't drain, I had to spend a half underneath nightstand and table re-arrange the power cables, which were totally screwed up. In one case there were three cable with only a two socket outlet. The WiFi was very marginal. The maid service was exceptionally poor. Beds not made, old towels picked up and new ones literally just thrown in. We have visited your lodge about seven times over the last decade to celebrate our wedding anniversary. In that time, your prices have gone way up and the quality has gone way down.
