She has some great pictures on her website and we used a couple of those to show her what we wanted and then Terri asked us some important questions about our little guy - things we never would of thought to ask but were really important. Jack came home smelling great with a perfect cut and most importantly he was happy! Not stressed or upset, he had energy and you could tell he felt so good and pampered. Jack doesn't like getting his legs brushed or groomed, Terri noticed and still did a great job on his legs and feet. He doesn't particularly like to be put into a kennel when he's done either, like his old groomer use to do and when my husband got there to pick him up, he was sound asleep, laying on the floor next to Terri as she groomed another dog! She is always in great spirits when I pick her up, and she does not hesitate during the drop-off, which are both good indications that they do what they can to make it a low-stress experience. Water was luke warm, they handed me a 1- small hand towel to dry my 19 lb dog. That only covers the face. The vacuum set up was very hard so didn't use it as my dog was freezing cold.
