They don't even deserve a 1 star. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who loves and cares for their pet because the people there will not show the same love and compassion for your pet. I took my mini goldendoodle there for a cut and bath and showed the groomer a picture of what i wanted. My dog was completely shaved he looks like a rat, his belly was cut and bleeding afterwards and the leash I took him there with was completely destroyed. I called to speak to the groomer about the situation as none of it was brought to my attention at pickup. She denied everything and acted like she had no idea. When the owner Toni called me the next day she was extremely rude and wouldn't even let me talk. She just wanted to tell me how mean my dog was and tell me I needed to have him neutered. She never apologized for the incident or offered a solution to rectify my experience. I understand mistakes happen, but be upfront about it and if you own a business customer service should be a practiced skill. I've reported this business to the BBB Especially after having to take my dog to the vet to have his belly looked at to prevent infection which cost me even more money! i highly encourage anyone thinking about going here to think otherwise. read more

Only groomer my dog has ever seen for 16 years. I don't believe I'll have this dog much longer with him having made it to 16. And I was just told they no longer want my business because they are not accepting new clients. When I told her I've been there recently she says it's been longer than six months so I guess they no longer want my money. I can't believe they told me that at the end stage of his life when he needs groom now for comfort more than ever. read more

The staff are always happy and greet you with a great attitude! My dogs are always treated with kindness and love! My vet recommended this groomer. I have 2 dogs and one is very anxious. I would get medicine from my vet to calm her. After taking her to Grooming by Toni a few times I didn't need the medicine. She wasn't all upset when I picked her up. They are the best that I have taken them to. read more

If I could leave a zero I would. Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! We took our dog for a hair cut and our dog left shaved! They did say she needed to be cut "short" but I'm sorry sheared and short are two very different things! She has NO HAIR at all! Our poor dog also has razor burn on her neck and her skin is so irritated. This has gotten so bad we ended up at the vet this afternoon! I guess I should have done more asking around because I have heard several others with similar experiences! What I thought would be a simple hair cut has turned into a nightmare! I will make sure to NEVER recommend this place to anyone! read more
