We took him to the emergency vet and were told his injury appears to be from mismanagement or mishandling during grooming. She was informed of what happened and totally gas lighted us, rather than showing any form of concern or accountability. Asked to meet up to go over what may have happened and she isn't available until the 14th! While talking to her on the phone she even laughed at me during our conversation and continued to talk over me. Something this serious deserves understanding and concern. I don't recommend anyone go to this groomer. She is extremely unprofessional and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else due to her carelessness.
