It is very disappointing to see that a large company doesn't stand behind their name or support their customers. He acknowledged seeing my messages and promised to come by on July 24 or 25, but again failed to follow through or respond. No work was performed and I did not lose money, but I lost valuable time while my roof may be sustaining additional rain damage. I would have preferred a direct answer if he could not or did not want the job rather than repeated promises with no follow-through. I will not be working with City Builders.
