Adding in reiki a few months ago with Clara has definitely bumped up my personal progress that I'm not sure we would've gotten with just acupuncture alone (as awesome as acupuncture has been for me!). Experiencing a massage from Riki is like getting physical therapy and massage in one - it truly is "therapeutic." Riki takes the time to listen to your trouble areas. She has actually looked at my body before and asked if it hurt specifically in a certain spot and sure enough without wen touching me she found it! Riki has also located areas I didn't even know we're bothering me until she went to fix it! I've been seeing Riki for a few years now for both chronic pain as well as new injuries. In fact I fell snowboarding, went to the emergency room followed by the doctors three times. I had an MRI and exrays and they couldn't figure it out, was given two different diagnosises, not helped at all and I was left with a lot of pain. Not only did Riki know exactly where I was injured even though the doctors couldn't figure it out but she knew exactly what to do that successfully treated the injury. Prices are very reasonable especially given the quality of service. She does accept some limited insurances and offers gift certificates.

This is a very different experience with others but still effective. Sarah led the Drum Circle and it was AMAZING! She is an engaging and knowledgeable instructor with an obvious passion for sharing the basics and nuances of drumming. I was a little apprehensive at first as everyone else had done this before but her easygoing and encouraging manner helped me slip into the session like a pro. This is a great activity if you are looking to learn something new and tap into that primal realm of existence in your soul. I'd also tried a Soundbath with Holly a couple of weeks ago. It was my first one and I learned I much prefer the resonance of the singing bowls to the other instruments but overall this was a pleasantly relaxing experience for me.

This kind is the far infrared chamber where you lie down. It was nice! They are really generous with providing a layer of clean, fresh towels covering the entire bed and pillow. I wasn't sure if it would be too hot. It turns out it was so relaxing I fell asleep in like 10 minutes!! I think since my head was out of the chamber, the heat was tolerable and I woke up drenched in sweat!! I had that buzzy endorphin feel after working out! David and his mother who run it are really nice, helpful and passionate about what they do. David was able to explain the whole process and how the far infrared sauna works. They both were really kind and happily took the my time answering questions. It was not packed, but they were steadily busy when I went. I fall asleep really easily so I did not have any issue with background noise, but for folks who are light sleepers you might want to bring ear plugs, but they also provide them for you if you forgot to bring them. I didn't need them. In the front they also sell crystals, drinks to hydrate, gifts and other fun stuff. Thank you!

I received a cryotherapy treatment here and sustained a significant cold burn/injury during the treatment. I developed a blistered/bubbled area of skin, experienced significant pain, and have been dealing with the injury and healing process for weeks. This has had a meaningful impact on my day-to-day activities and overall quality of life. I believe anyone considering cryotherapy should be fully informed about the potential risks and should feel confident that appropriate safety procedures are being followed. My experience has left me questioning whether adequate precautions and safeguards were in place during my treatment. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so that prospective customers can make an informed decision. I hope the facility takes what happened seriously and evaluates its cryotherapy procedures, staff training, and safety protocols to help prevent someone else from experiencing what I did.
