I am really glad I came here! I have tried infrared saunas in the past, but the ones where it is like a cedar dry sauna with the light panels inside. This is a different kind. This kind is the far infrared chamber where you lie down. It was nice! They are really generous with providing a layer of clean, fresh towels covering the entire bed and pillow. I wasn't sure if it would be too hot. It turns out it was so relaxing I fell asleep in like 10 minutes!! I think since my head was out of the chamber, the heat was tolerable and I woke up drenched in sweat!! I had that buzzy endorphin feel after working out! David and his mother who run it are really nice, helpful and passionate about what they do. David was able to explain the whole process and how the far infrared sauna works. They both were really kind and happily took the my time answering questions. It was not packed, but they were steadily busy when I went. I fall asleep really easily so I did not have any issue with background noise, but for folks who are light sleepers you might want to bring ear plugs, but they also provide them for you if you forgot to bring them. The best!!! Called on a Friday to make a reservation to try the infrared sauna on Saturday. Whoever picked up the phone helped me with all my question and concerns. The next day I went to finally try the sauna, which I was very excited about since pretty much all saunas at gym locations were off limits due to covid, which not only do they clean the rooms, but they also place fresh new towels even if you don't use them, they also sanitize everything, so you don't have to worry about covid at this place. When I got there I was greeted by the man behind the desk (didn't get his name) and not only was he nice, but also very professional. Once it was time to go to the room he explained to me how it works and they gave me extra time since it was my first to get relaxed and understand the heating controls. Once the session was over I was asked how I felt and I was made sure I enjoyed my time. I wasn't pressured to get a membership or anything... I honestly didn't know what to expect coming here and when I first saw the pricing online I thought it was a little pricey, but the pure professionalism of this place is just too good, not to mention the health benefits of the sauna itself. Wow is all I can say! I just discovered floating and I've already been twice in 9 days and have my 3rd appointment booked. This is the most relaxing thing I have ever done for myself. I left the tank feeling like I had a complete body massage and slept for 20 straight hours. It also relieved my anxiety, and chronic knee pain. Being able to float and relax with no pressure points is an amazing feeling, not to mention the air, water, and your skin are all the same temperature so you can't feel the water touching you it's a true sensory deprivation. Went here for my birthday on a last minute appointment. I called for any openings that day and they easily fit me into their schedule for a Fire and Float beginner pack that was just $78! They have a parking lot that has reserved spaces just for their business. The inside is really nice, each station has their own private rooms with towels, robes and other necessities you may need. The hot sauna wasn't as hot as i expected as it may have been on a lower heat because i was a first timer for any type of sauna but I definitely sweated. The bed is open around the head so you can stay cool while your body gets to work. The float bed was amazing. It was relaxing and music is able to be played or turned off from within the floating pod as well as a light. It may get hot in their so if you open the pods door to your liking it will let in cool air. read more

I just tried out float therapy for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Frost and Float Spa is full of beautiful finishes and furnishings, giving everything a high end feel but at a very reasonable price. And the owners are all as friendly and accommodating as you could ever hope for. Regarding the float therapy experience in particular, I came out of it very impressed. I was skeptical going in (as I am about most types of therapy) but it's the real deal. It's such a cool feeling to float inside a pod full of soothing music and a myriad of lights that all work together to lull you into a relaxed state. I came out more relaxed and refreshed than I have been in quite some time. I don't sleep all that well and typically do not wake up feeling refreshed. The float pod was a nice reminder of what that feels like. While I was floating, my friend was undergoing a cryotherapy session. He said that it immediately helped his balky knees and was definitely impressed as well. That's next on my list of things to try! Did my first float today. It was great. Everything the others have said I reiterate. Your skin doesn't get wrinkled. You come out silky smooth as does your hair (rinse after pod). I had a little trouble relaxing. Now that I know what to expect I'd likely be more relaxed a second time. They do provide a mini pool noodle if you need neck support. I work a block away from this location, my first float was last week! I walked in late after work, the gentleman at the desk was very helpful in explaining the experience to me. He made me comfortable. I floated for an hour. The room is extremely clean, there's a shower in the room and towels if you need them. He put water in the room for me to drink. I'm a hairstylist and went in there with aching legs. I left so relaxed. No pain in my legs or body at all. The next day I felt more present. I loved it. Next time I'll sleep, since he told me 1 hour of sleep floating is equal to 4 hours of rem sleep. That's amazing. It's so strange to lay in water where you don't have to hold or tense any of your body, there's no gravity you can completely relax. Once I did I felt like I was floating in space. I won a free float therapy from an Instagram contest. When I first walked into the Spa I was very impressed. The place was immaculate. I love the beautiful couches and decor. The business owner was very friendly and helpful with floating tips. When I first saw the pod I was shocked. It looks like something out of this planet. I was very excited to try it out. I went into the pod and turned off the lights and music for complete me time. I felt total relaxation and fell asleep. The water was a perfect temperature for my body. I used ear plugs, they provided by them, to block the water from entering in my ears. They had hair ties too, so I could tie my hair back. I was suffering from some upper back pain from work but after the float it relieved my pain. I liked that there was q-tips to clean the ears for after the float just in case water got into my ears. The room is stocked with many clean towels and a bath robe. The shower is right next to the pod so I could wash off the rest of the salt. They thought of everything because the door next to the room I was in, was a hair dryer room with a big mirror and had some lotion in there too. I will come back again soon to try out the other interesting services they offer. I work with people and I'm going to recommend this spa to everyone. I had posted some snaps and had so many friends asking me about my experience at Frost and Float Spa. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! read more

I had an amazing experience at frost and float! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and started relaxing from the friendly smiling faces of the employees to calming colors of the spa. I have tried all 3 of the spa's rejuvenating treatments and have felt more relaxed and/or energized after each! Most recently I did my second float and it was amazing, I had a terrible night sleep the night before and sore neck and tight muscles, with a busy day at work at work treating patients and needed to destress. Floating gave me this option, I was able pick my own music before getting into the float pod, the body temperature of the silky salt water was perfect I never felt cold, and the best part was the zero gravity feeling that took all the pressure off my body and allowed me to relax completely; so much that I fell asleep. The jets turn on gently, walking you with ease and not a startling jolt. I felt complete revitalized when I got out, having energy and less tension in my neck and shoulders. The hair drying room is a nice touch if you have the need to do put yourself back together after you floating which I did, along with the lounge room offering water, coffee, tea and some snacks to take your time upon leaving. Went to my first "frrrreeze" at frost and float spa. I had never tried cryotherapy before and wasn't sure it was right for me- as I am not an intense athlete- rather work out regularly during the week.
