I would assume it's just put together with all pre-made ingredients. They do mostly sandwiches as they don't seem to have much in the way of kitchen facilities. It is nice being away from the food court though so that's a plus. All in all, I would say if you're just looking for a quick sandwich and don't want to battle the food court, go for it.
