There were 5+ minutes taken off the end because "they always need to do that to get ready for the next person", and started 15 minutes late because of paperwork, questions, etc. This should have been communicated on the forefront and they should have been more receptive to feedback in person. If you so decide to go here, I recommend arriving a full 20 minutes early to make sure you actually get what you paid for.
