Run away! Joshua's business practices are dishonest and unprofessional. I was unfortunately deceived into prepaying for sod and irrigation system installation. I should have done more research before making any payments. It starts with a good price, then convinced me that prepayment was necessary for materials, but it turns out this was just a ploy to secure my money. The work performed was subpar, forcing me to hire an irrigation contractor to fix the issues. I had two companies follow up after his work to tell me everything he did was wrong and was in their words a "a joke" So now, I'm out $$$, for his deceit and pay a real irrigation company to properly do. To make matters worse, Joshua even threatened to come to my home and remove the work he had done, leading me to take legal action. I have tried to take this matter in small claims court to recover my expenses, however the listed business address in Brandon is a homeless shelter. If anyone happens to find his actual home address so that I can serve him, offering $100 bounty. Beware--this is not a trustworthy business nor ethical person. One day I hope the legal system will catch up to him.
