The pork was tender, had a wonderful flavor with hints of tomatillo and lime with a lot of green chili and tomatillo salsa over the top of nicely cooked homemade fried potatoes. My two eggs over medium were on top with pico de gallo. My only knock would've been my eggs were more over done than over medium, but we're splitting hairs at that point. My wife's biscuit and gravy featured a lovely fluffy biscuit with an ample helping of sausage gravy with eggs and some of the same nice fried potatoes. I had a coffee which was fine. My wife had a specialty coffee called the Honeybee which she said was delicious. The servers were polite and attentive, and everything came out in a very reasonable timeframe.
