I bought wood in anticipation of this ice storm that's coming, and we are an all electric house except for this fireplace. I received another automated confirmation of my appt Wednesday . After a further miscommunication was cleared up, Kyle came by at 4 and did the job. Laid out a tarp, played with my dog, cleaned the chimney, and patched a small crack in the back. When they first started, the lawn was severely overgrown with weeds and other vegetation. It was so overgrown that it had to be treated and cut down in sections over a period of time. They were patient, consistent, and stayed on schedule throughout the process. They have done an excellent job getting the lawn back to a condition where it can now be maintained on a biweekly schedule, with the goal of eventually moving to every three weeks.
