I know everyone has individual experiences with companies, some good some bad. We have used Group One for many years to monitor our business and they have been professional, friendly, quick in responding and all around amazing. Their service technicians are super helpful and friendly. This company also supports the community. read more

This company is horrible! Awful customer service from their office and the owner/manager is a total douche. The ONLY good thing they have going for them is one of their field techs/inspectors Blake who has gone above and beyond with no help from his office. If you're thinking of doing business with this company, get ready for rudeness, call dodging and excuses read more

Horrible customer service, poor follow up, poor communication....examples: Asked for ADDITIONAL services for months, no call back. They called me with an issue with their equipment, I attempted to assist them over the phone but they insisted they needed to send someone out....of course they sent us a service call bill even though it had nothing to do with me or my needs. After cancelling service and removing the equipment we are still receiving intrusion phone calls at all hours of the night....WE HAVE NO EQUIPMENT!!!!! I guess someone is intruding the box that their crap equipment is stored in. My advice is to find someone who cares about what service they provide, it's not these people. PS - repeated calls to their owner were never returned. Used them for several years, personally worked our contract with the owner originally. Something has changed in their organization and I am DONE WITH THEM! read more

It appears that the owner of Sparks attempted to reply to my review by sending me (over a month…read morelater) reasons why they overcharged me. Unfortunately, he got my name wrong in his note (my name is not Jenny) and then he proceeded to state that they guys had to drill holes to fit the light fixture. THIS IS A LIE - I stood right there watching the whole time and no drill was used!! I made sure I purchased lights with backing that was the same diameter as the ones they replaced. Second, he said that caulk was used on, I guess the outside lights, this also was incorrect (!) I saw that guy replace the base and lights - no caulk was used. EVEN if they had to use a drill and caulk, the cost of $630 still does not substantiate the amount of work that was done.

The pricing for what I needed , did fit my budget , without sacrificing quality. He came back and installed cameras and everything. I have an app where I can keep an eye on my home.
