He contacted us right away, stayed in contact with us while we waited for the closing (which changed and he worked us into his schedule), let us know when he was coming and showed up on time. He cleaned all of the grout by hand with with a brush, sealed it with a brush, and mopped all of the tile after and left NO residue anywhere. He showed us how and what to use to clean the floors so that the seal will last longer. It is now December and let me tell you that the seal has been tested by dogs (vomit and urine) and Grandkids (spilling juices, milk, etc. and dropping sauces, etc.) and everything has cleaned up with no trace in the grout anywhere. All of the grout still looks perfect. I would highly recommend using Grout Rhino.
