I've had the company clean our carpet two times and I can say that Brad and Dylan were both amazing! Brad was so invested in his job that he showed me how the color difference was showing in the before and after. I actually took pictures to show my husband. We have a golden retriever and there is a lot of hair! Brad was very thorough and considerate of our safety. He commented on the floor being wet and we could slip steeping onto the hardwood floors. I had a hip replacement and it meant a lot (I didn't tell him that, so he said it without knowing). They do an amazing job and are extremely professional. This company was five stars from start to finish. Their response time for quoting and booking me was extremely fast. Our tech was Elijah that came in and deep cleaned our furniture and tile. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He showed up on time and was the most kind. He didn't judge all of the toys and yuck found underneath my couch-instead he made me feel at ease about it. He was extremely thorough and was able to get all of the pet hair and kid stains out of our furniture. INCREDIBLE. My furniture looks brand new thanks to him! From start to finish, Rob was in constant communication with me and went through the entire process to get my carpet back to like new. It was filled with pet dander, urine and dirt and we agreed it needed a full submersion cleaning. It was so bad he had to run the process twice (without any additional charge). I used 3D Carpet based on reviews here on Yelp, and boy, I was NOT disappointed! I hired Rob to clean and repair my mother's carpet for an estate sale since her passing. Mom's carpet is somewhere north of 25 years old. Although the carpet was kept somewhat clean, there were a few spills and fraying at thresholds/transitions throughout the house. Rob stretched and cut out all the fraying and wrinkles. Even put down new tack strips where needed. Then steam cleaned the carpet with his truck mounted cleaner. Was seriously amazed after seeing the quality of work they did! I was going to upload photos but they honestly don't do it justice. We had about 1,000 square foot of tile cleaned and the floors look brand new. We had carpets cleaned as well and I have peace of mind moving into our new home. I called 3D and contracted to have my AC ducts cleaned after renovation. The ducts and vents were heavy with dust. The tech took down the AC vents and cleaned the system. As he was putting a vent back in, I noticed a dirty towel in his hand and a I asked if he was cleaning the vents also since they were covered in dust. He said he was and I suggested he get a clean towel. I got up on a ladder to check and the vents were filthy. If you hire them for AC cleaning, ask for vent cleaning to be included. read more

First, despite an initial misunderstanding on pricing which was partly my fault, Rob handled the potential issue with professionalism and lightning response. Personal customer service like that is an extremely rare thing in today's market. Dylan, their technician did a super job on both of our couches and was extremely careful and considerate in our home. I hired 3D carpet cleaning to clean my tile floors. I needed a kitchen, hallway, and two bathrooms done. My primary reason for doing this was to get the grout clean. However, the previous owners had painted some of the grout lines and it was chipping off and it was a mess. Brad from 3-D took the time to clean up as much of the grout as he could, and then repainted with the correct type of paint and sealer. What was supposed to be probably a two hour job turned into an almost all day event, but he did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Hope this is not indicative of their actual service performance. UPDATE. Spoke to Ron who owns the company and he sent me evidence that he did try to reach out to me. His effort to communicate with me to get things resolved was outstanding and speaks volumes. It indicates that he cares about prospective clients. Truly upset- seen good ratings and scheduled service. Was given a 2 hour window and someone would reach out when they are on their way. End of appointment window comes around and I follow up requesting an ETA and was told nobody was going to show. I was told the driver supposedly called and texted to confirm and I had no missed calls or texts. A screenshot was sent to me of the time the driver called but not duration of call. Anyone can call and hang up quick enough for it not to go through. I was also told they texted me. I requested proof of the text and never received it. Overall wasted my time to empty out my entire living and dining room with little kids in the home and a no show occurred. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. You have my address and asked the same question before for the apartment number in which I already responded my address is the apartment. So clearly you do not take pride in your communication and yea I have cancelled in advance my prior appointments due to my kids and my work schedule interfering last minute but I had the decency to advise you all.
