This business is unable to trim his nails without heavily sedating him because it is easier to medicate rather than just working quickly with care. When I ask questions, the staff is a bit argumentative and defensive. That is not pleasant for the dog or for me. This business is very efficient at collecting payment.

My younger one is absolutely terrified of vets, and they're so gentle and slow with him. They let him take all the time he needs and are great about talking to you before they do anything, figuring out the best approach, and doing whatever is best for the dog. Especially Amanda. We love Amanda! Another bonus is that they have several great vets on staff. They're able to specialize in different things and collaborate with each other so they can cover all their bases. My young dog even got a specialized procedure from their orthopedic surgeon. He would have had to wait months for an appointment with a specialist somewhere else. All around, they're super accommodating, kind, and will take their time to get things right and make sure everyone's comfortable. That's the most important thing to me for a vet.
