Their machines are cash only and while there is a machine to make change, it requires cash to get quarters. The facility itself is pretty dirty. The machines do not look like they have been well taken care of. The only plus side was on the other side of the building. Albee's donuts was fantastic. Went to pick them up today and they look worse than when I brought them in. They ruined the sleeves on my brand new dress! I was very specific about the puffy sleeves when I dropped the dress off. I was very irritated and said I wanted to talk to the owner and didn't think I should pay $25 when they look worse. Being a previous customer i was shocked how rude the owner was and he said you're not leaving with the dresses unless you pay. He didn't even apologize. Told him I was going to give him a terrible review. He didn't care. I even went home and called the owner and talked to him again to tell him I am upset about the dresses. He was only concerned and mad about my review comment. He had no sympathy and told me to find another cleaner and hung up on me. All this over $25. Unbelievable. My last two visits same homeless guy walked in with an intimidating gaze but this last time he was in a rage both me and my daughter talked to management she did address the guy but the main problem is allowing non customers to use the bathroom. Homeless people specifically look for business that lets them use their bathrooms this is a very bad business decision because it brings in all kinds of people with all kinds of problems when paying customers just want to do their laundry and go home safely.

I recently brought in 3 pieces to be pressed for a wedding that I was part of. The suit itself came back looking a little off and not quite up to the standard I expected, but the white shirt was by far the biggest issue. It came back looking noticeably over-pressed with visible marks/creases that were not there when I dropped it off. Since it was a white shirt, the flaws were very noticeable. What made this especially disappointing was that this was for the wedding day itself, so there wasn't really time to have it corrected before I had to wear it. That added a lot of unnecessary stress on an important day. I understand mistakes can happen, and I'm not trying to leave a harsh review because everyone there has always been pleasant to deal with. I'm just hoping Venetian Cleaners can make this right, whether that's a refund or another fair solution.
