It is near impossible to find a dry cleaning service now outside of hotels. Found this after weeks of looking. It is semi automated. You put the clothes in the machine and get a receipt. They message you when ready. Pick it up by paying the machine like with a parking meter. A very nice lady there during the day to help navigate. My jacket was ready the same day. Went to pick them up today and they look worse than when I brought them in. They ruined the sleeves on my brand new dress! I was very specific about the puffy sleeves when I dropped the dress off. I was very irritated and said I wanted to talk to the owner and didn't think I should pay $25 when they look worse. Being a previous customer i was shocked how rude the owner was and he said you're not leaving with the dresses unless you pay. He didn't even apologize. Told him I was going to give him a terrible review. He didn't care. I even went home and called the owner and talked to him again to tell him I am upset about the dresses. He was only concerned and mad about my review comment. He had no sympathy and told me to find another cleaner and hung up on me. All this over $25. Unbelievable.
