I did ask for my money back I took all my wet clothes out of two washers and they were still yelling at me I have never been to this place I've never been embarrassed like that before if that was my employee he would've been fired on the spot for talking to someone like that if I did that to one of my gas at where I work I be fired it was just totally uncalled for and this woman who spoke her tone of voice was aggressive and rude and I don't care if she owns the place or not she should not talk like that to people. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Stopped by to check it out then my wife brought the load in today. The attendant was very helpful and extremely nice, the place is clean and several size choices of machines to pick from. I saw photos of some other laundry places around here and I was shocked -GLAD WE FOUND SUPERMATT! I give it all my stars. So what that they use "cards" and you can't get a refund.
