If you need to contact them via email good luck. They have yet to reply to an email and the front desk can never answer a question when you call - they say they will have someone call you back and they don't. I once had a class canceled and I was not alerted until I actually showed up. Infuriating. Worst customer service - go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a paying customer.

Went here on Saturday as a private event with some community groups I work with. The staff was kind…read moreand blocked off the businesses hours to ensure we got privacy (this was a Muslim sisters event so it was hijab friendly since they put down the shades for us and allowed us to cover the doors for the event). The space is small when you enter and see the desk and apparel, but there was enough space for us to bring in additional table (we had someone come make a grazing table for after the class, so this is great if you have an event and need a snack table afterwards). BUT once you get inside the room, its quite large and spacious! Because of the 14 people (capacity) attending our session, the staff took their time to check everyone in, and gave us our full hour of pilates despite starting late. I loved that the class wasn't very basic and spent doing stretches the entire time - it was definitely a work out, and Joyce checked on everyone's form and gave each and every one of us the proper attention needed while making sure we were challenged. She educated us about the types of classes offered and seemed very passionate :) The staff is all women and this location is quite far out my way, but I had a lovely time! I'm hoping to be able to return and have my free intro class since we paid for the private event. Also there are restrooms in the back and equipment is cleaned between sessions. I'd recommend!
