I'm not a gym rat, but I love Pilates. I feel so much more stretched out and supple after each…read moreclass. It's like a massage but with caloric and strength benefits. If you aren't in shape, don't be afraid. The instructors are good about showing you how to adapt until you are strong enough to do something. So much of the foot and leg work will strengthen tiny muscles that prevent instability and injuries--it's a must for women of a certain age. It can seem like it's hard to book classes when you first use the app, but the waitlist really does get you in most of the time. I have a complicated membership because it's split with an incentive from my insurance company, but each month the team irons it out for me and I get all my classes in. I have also asked about COVID protocols and their upgraded HVAC system, daily fogging, and cleaning after each class has kept me coming back without a problem. I just wish a few classes were held on weekend afternoons because I have never gotten into a weekend morning class. There's high demand.

If you need to contact them via email good luck. They have yet to reply to an email and the front desk can never answer a question when you call - they say they will have someone call you back and they don't. I once had a class canceled and I was not alerted until I actually showed up. Infuriating. Worst customer service - go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a paying customer.

I came across this place when I searched for hot yoga…read more I tried Inferno Strength with Juju and Inferno Hot Pilates /Pilates Sculpt. I wasn't really sure what to expect for either class. Inferno Strength: This was my first heated lifting class. Luckily we weren't using heavy weights, not sure I'd want to sweat when lifting heavy!!! The max weight was maybe 20lbs? 25 lbs? I definitely enjoyed the class. There were a lot of bilateral and unilateral moves using weights. In the last part of the class, we were able to do sets of our favorite exercise. Inferno Hot Pilates /Pilates Sculpt: The class started off on the floor, then standing up, so being in the back and the music loud, it was a little hard to follow along, but I improvised. Everyone was going at their own pace, so that made it a little harder to see/follow the instructor. There were a lot of bilateral and unilateral moves using light weights and the block. This class left me sore for the rest of the week, so definitely worth it! The signs are little confusing as some say they do not provide mats, but it looks like there were some available (packaged and not). Also, they say late comers won't be admitted, but a couple people showed up late for one of the classes. There is a separate weight lifting area, for separate lifting classes, which I would love to try. It looks like there are about 5 different classes offered and only one of each class each day. They provide toiletries in the bathroom and have combination lockers. There is parallel parking in front and a full parking lot in the back. Would I return? for sure!

I didn't think I'd last through the heat but somehow the instructors and my water bottle helped me push through the pain. Autumn was very funny with the yelling through the pain during the 5:30 am class (I was screaming inside during all the pulsing). I loved her energy. Shelly helped correct my form during Pilates and was so great with instructors and Sara was super encouraging and helped recommend the right weights for each exercise. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first time exercising in a million degrees. Overall, great gym with wonderful people and amazing instructors. My favorite part is the lavender towel in the end. I hope to take more classes when I'm in the area!

I've done rowing and cycling before, but never in an infared sauna!…read more They offer one free class to try, so I tried the Hot Buns class. I was given the mat and towel, but not the foam roll and band(s), so I had to improvise. They have a month-to-month package ("paid in full" not commitment/enrollment fee) and a 6-month package with an enrollment fee. The packages include all the classes; however, the isometric classes require a mat and towel purchase ($100) or daily rental ($5/use). I didn't want to commit to 6 months, so I chose the PIF for one month and only did the HIIT classes. There is also a special membership that allows access to other locations. Their website (hotworx.net/workouts) has previews of each workout, which is helpful when booking the classes. I love the app as members can book their own sessions and as many sessions as desired. There aren't any booking, cancellation or late fees. I was able to book 3-6 HIIT classes back to back, and change them at the last minute. The rooms are meant to fit 3 people, except for Hot Blast, which only has 2 rowing machines. Luckily, most people just book their own rooms and don't double book in a room that's already occupied. The HIIT classes are each 15 minutes long and the isometric classes are 30-45(ish) minutes long. There also a separate workout section in the back with free weights, TRX, etc. The vending machine includes snacks, hydrating beverages and miscellaneous items including blue tooth earbuds, towel, etc. They are open 24/7, but staffed during the daytime. Members can enter any time with a code that is provided upon signing up. There is also an app that grants access. Would I return? absolutely!

Pros: Environment is clean, the equipment is well maintained. Instructors are knowledgeable and retain their own personalities in workouts. Good variety of classes. Cons: It can be tough to get into classes. They almost all will have a waitlist, sometimes 10 deep. The system encourages booking out ahead and then canceling closer to the class. The 12 hour cancellation policy is unforgiving, especially for parents or people with chronic illness. Potential solutions: I think if they offered at least one complimentary cancellation per month that would ease the tension. We don't know ahead of time if we or our kids will be sick, have car trouble, etc. Being held accountable is fine, but life happens. Maybe 1 or 2 walk in only classes for when people's schedules are crazy.

When she joined, she told them she only wanted a one month pass because she would leave the following month for college. I was standing there. After she left for college, I noticed I was charged for another month. I was in Arizona when my account was charged again for another month. When I returned to NOVA, I inquired at the studio. I was informed they could not refund the money because I did not notify them immediately. I had waited a week even though they could see she had not attended any classes. I made it clear to cancel my daughter's monthly pass on August 24, 2026. I was told it was taken care of especially since I should not have been charged for the second month. Move forward to today, September 11. My account was charged again for my daughter's monthly pass. The charge was made on September 9th. So we will see if I get my money refunded.
