One of my therapist recommended Andrew and Take Control Physicsl Therapy, because one of her other patients had a very positive experience here. I trust her, and now I trust Andrew because he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done what movements I needed and how I could be injury free going forward. He focuses on the McKenzie method, although he has other modalities available to him and he is a BOARD-CERTIFIED PHYSICAL THERAPIST. That means that he passed the most rigorous test common is the master of his craft. The McKenzie method focuses on movements that help alleviate pain, and they do so with less appointments than you would have to go to a traditional physical therapy routine or you're one of three or one of four people that are getting addressed at one time. Andrew's method is 101 you have his full attention and he encourages you to keep in constant contact with him to let you know how you are doing. My experience with him was fantastic, and after five appointments, I was pain-free. Actually, I was pain-free after the third appointment, but I had some long drives and being cooped up in the car is not necessarily good for your back posture. He really believes in his methods come he really believes that you deserve to be pain-free and that's what he's dedicated therapy clinic.
