It's been such a great experience. Meeting Seth has been a blessing. On intake, he asked the right questions, and then helped me understand that the path to feeling better was based in getting back to an active lifestyle, while focussing on reversing some bad habits (slouching in the chair anyone???). I'm not sure how many more appointments I'll be keeping because I'm feeling like I know what to do at home, my progress has been very positive, and I'm now trying a regular routine at Trinity Health, where Seth is a coach. Let me say, I was skeptical about getting physical therapy. But Heartland and especially Seth have changed my perspective.
