They offered assistance if I needed help picking anything out, and gave me some brochures and info about what they offer here. They carry different herbal pills, loose herbs, sea moss, and etc. If you tell them your specific ailments they can direct you to what should be taken for it. Unfortunately there wasn't anything for a combination of issues, but that wasn't a problem. They have things for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anxiety, and lots more!! They sell all holistic products. They also have small papers telling you about each of the Chinese herbal capsules they have, that you can take with you. The people who…read moreworked there were very welcoming and there was an aroma that relaxed you as soon as you walked in. This store had a lot of different things like herbs, powders, crystals, books, hookahs, drinks and etc. They also had a lot of posters and materials telling you what herbs are good for different health problems. I noticed on their door, they even accept ebt snap benefits which was surprising. I give this place a 4/5 instead of a 5/5, because I noticed cross contamination. The guy measuring the powders did not switch bowls or clean the bowl after using one powder and then measuring out a different powder for another customer. Unsure if you can tell in the pic but there was still brown dust in the bowl when he poured my uncles beet powder in it. Someone could be allergic and have a reaction if things are not properly cleaned after use.

However, I was not greeted when I entered the store. I gave it some time and walked around the store for roughly 15 minutes and was not spoken to or offered any assistance. I made a point of picking up several items that I was going to purchase had the staff shown any interest in wanting my business. Sadly, this shop is like many others of this type. If you are a person of color, you are not acknowledged. I mentioned my displeasure with my experience and very little concern was offered. I find it quite interesting that the store had bumper stickers regarding living life without hatred or bias yet, I watched other patrons, white patrons receive assistance yet I was not acknowledged in any way. Witches are from various races and walks of life. It is unfortunate that the staff had a less than inviting attitude towards me. I will take my business elsewhere.

Lastly, I ordered the Flor de Manita tincture, based on the description of it's benefits, for my health issues. I'm a nurse, I realize the need for medication, but I've wanted to try more natural remedies. I've been using it consistently for over a week, and initially, I didn't notice much of a difference. Because my system is 'weird', I tweaked the dosage amount a tiny bit and I have begun to notice a degree of calmness through out the day!
