After many months of following Liliya's treatment plan, which included expensive cleanses, supplements, hair tests, pellets, and sound bites on top of her monthly fee, I was no better.  Enough was enough. I had to find more adequate care to find out what I had already suspected, my symptoms were due to menopause. We called EPIC this morning before his scheduled annual appointment to tell them that his insurance has changed and someone from a third party answering service told him that they accept his insurance and to go to his appointment and everything would be fine. Upon arrival he gave them his insurance card and they said all is fine and they already had the info. Then AFTER ATHE APPOINTMENT they told him that he needed to update his PCP or else insurance wouldn't cover--guess what?! None of the PCPs are covered by his insurance. So now we're just screwed. He found out that he "owes" them hundreds of dollars for care he never received! They said they bill you for chronic care management, HE DOES NOT HAVE A CHRONIC CONDITION! This is crazy and no one offered him any solution at the office. This place is FRAUD!
