Since we became a client the service has continually diminished. Lead times for service calls have grown to a point of being entirely unacceptable. Workmanship, trouble shooting and maintenance have all been sub par at best. Most recently the Company no-showed on an appointment that was made weeks earlier without so much as even a phone call to advise that they were not coming. We have moved on.
