My son had large clumps of long hair where is was supposed to be buzzed and one ear was cut about an inch higher than the other ear. My daughter look like she got her hair cut by Edward Scissor Hands! I am absolutely astounded, these people don't seem to know anything about cutting hair and should not be employed as stylists. We will never be going back and you shouldn't either unless you want to pay $22 for your kids to come home and cry because their hair has been butchered.

I have been trying to think of the best, most honest and accurate way to review my experience here…read more I live close by, and I was excited to see on Facebook that this salon does treatments for the well water's build up on hair. Our local water quality is awful. The salon is gorgeous. It has one station where the owner and her assistant do the work. She's got the sweetest pupper who hangs out as well. The before and after photos on Facebook were amazing, so I had high hopes. I had the Malibu treatment and a haircut. The Malibu treatment went pretty well (although she had a hiccup with the heater not being stable). But the haircut did not go well. Part of it is my fault. I struggle to communicate what I want, so that is why this is a three star review for a one star haircut. I wanted about four inches off, which still would have left my hair long. When she cut it, it was laying really weird and flipping out, so I said we should go to shoulder length. I got much shorter. I think in all she took off 8 inches, and I left with a chin length bob. To make things worse, when I styled my hair the next day, I noticed several strands of hair that she had completely missed that was about 3 inches longer than the rest. I'll post the picture so you can see one of the strands hanging down. If you have long hair, I imagine she is wonderful because the photos and extensions she does look magnificent on Facebook. What was left of my hair felt soft from the Malibu, but I won't be going back for a cut.

If you're going to go to a salon with a $60 haircut at least include a hair wash. Good lord. This salon has a more upscale feel but without the quality in haircuts. I ended up getting three inches cut off, and it's way above my shoulder. This is after I specifically said I do not want my hair that short. I have never in my life gotten such a bad hair cut. I also got highlights and specifically said I just want them to cover my grays and showed that my grays were around my ears. When I got home I pulled my hair back into a bun, and all of my grays by my ears are still there. Such sloppy and inattentive work. It was a complete hack job. I won't be back.

Sent my cousin here so she could get hair done for her prom next week…read more Good side: Good vibe. Everyone was friendly. 2 stars were for these reasons. Now onto the bad side. 1. The stylist didn't discuss the price with my cousin prior to service. She only knew I would be charged with "this much" after everything was done. Overall, very bad communication for the business. I couldn't blame this only on the stylist because my cousin didn't question, either. However, I felt it'd be more appreciate if my cousin was acknowledged with the cost for her hair. And if you are curious to know, yes, they overchaged for it. 2. She wanted an ombre dye (I think it was called balayage - forgive me for my hair knowleged, lol). Even showed the stylist an inspo pic for the style she desired. The work was awful, and I believed the stylist already knew it was in the process of completing the work, yet had the courage to let my cousin know "her hair was a mess". Her hair didn't show the ombre style, more like the stylist dumping a whole bucket of blonde hair color on her. My cousin went back to me crying because that wasn't what she wanted but it was too late to have it fixed, as she had somewhere to go after. The stylist could've done a better job, but unfortunately they already lost their potential customers.
