I was so relieved, happy and ecstatic that it turned out so beautiful even after all the processing. Jaye gave me a small bottle of product to use free of charge to recover my hair from the processing that had been done in the short period of time and recommended a good shampoo and conditioner which I purchased from her. She produced a beautiful color, used amazing products on my hair and could comb right through it, didn't pull of it out leaving it on the floor like Renee and never burned me with the hair dryer. The treatment process with Ellen took about 45 mins and the results were fantastic! Ellen was very knowledge, pleasant and welcoming for my first time in her chair. I took along a girlfriend and we had a great experience. Even if you don't get a cut every month, this treatment is something we will consider getting regularly. Your appointment will start on time. Salon is quiet (except for the blowdryers!) with a very laid back, unpretentious vibe. But unpretentious does not mean unprofessional.
