He helps me focus more of the crappier energy I have towards gyms on my workout/learning process in a more positive and engaged manner. Fitness training is tough work mentally and physically, so you can at least be guaranteed support in these departments of life with your time spent in the gym. Focusing more on my direct experience in session: it's chill and kind of fun now.
