I was frustrated and hopeless, especially after being on the west coast and being spoiled by the great yoga instructors of the world. Then I found Sarah KC and I was over the moon. She is such a wonderful instructor. She really knows what she is doing. She knows the proper Sanskrit asanas, how to go deeper in the poses, and the overall mind body spirit connection to your yoga practice. I now attend private classes with her and look forward to developing my practice in a professional way. This is my first time doing any kind of yoga class (Yeah, I jumped in head first with the hot…read moreyoga). I don't have anything to compare this to, but it was a really good experience. The instructor was really good, but tough. I personally liked her pushing us through because the heat was starting to get me towards the end. Everything is clean and really nice. If you're going to do this I definitely recommend hydrating starting the day before and don't eat a big meal before you do this. I bought the $50 intro for one month and I'll be back at least once week time permitting.
