Its true GrowHealthy has some of the freshest flower around and they've even got flavored concentrate which is something I have never heard of before. I visited the store in Orlando on Turkey Lake Road and this location is very convenient, not much traffic and almost walking distance from MedMen (another dispensary) which is always a wonderful thing because there isn't ever a notice on when or what the Dispensaries run out of, so a close Plan B would be ideal. I've been to GrowHealthy a couple of times and both times they were out of more products then they had in stock both times. The first time I originally went there to try their Gram Syringes which their website said they had plenty of which wasn't true. They told me that they don't really carry grams in the store it's a delivery thing, they also explained to me that they update on Leafly and not on their GrowHealthy website so look out for that curveball! I also tried the Delivery options before my second visit to the store but they too were out of stock when I called. I was very pleased with what I did get which were a few 8th of the Wookie Girl (little's) coming in at 19% and a few 8th of 99 Valley which was 20+% both crystaled out. I'll stand by this Bud any day! The smell is out of this world, way better than most of the other dispensary. I also picked up a Vape Cart. I felt high from it. This was nice because I was beginning to think a was immuned to them, my consumption is about 80% high potency wax, shatter & distillate & about 20% flower so my tolerance is up there... I got a 1/2 gram Indica cart Wookie Girl at 86% I also would recommend these carts to anyone with a high tolerance. Most dispensary gives you 25% off your entire order on your first visit. My girlfriend goes in to pickup her order of .5 distillate. She comes out and looks at it, is like hmm this looks low. She never complains about anything. I look at it, it's clearly filled to just below the .4 marking on the syringe. It's not even debatable. I said must be a mistake maybe go back in and tell them. She goes the counter, shows the guy. He holds it up to the light and says yeah wow your right, it's too low, go on back. She goes into the dispensing area, and the lady looks at it and says nope nothing wrong. My gf is like well it's below the .4 mark clearly, if it's .5 shouldn't it be like above that line? The lady is treating my gf like she's a complete annoyance and stupid. She looks at it again and says yeah it's a little low no big deal. Lol. My girlfriend came back out crying and just had to keep her 3.8 or whatever of expensive distillate. We still go there sometimes, but wow not like we used to. This definitely changed my opinion of there operation. If a syringe is suppose to be .5 and 400mg for example, it's a big deal to be 20+% off on that. We make edibles and it screws everything up and I guess we just take less. I'm not perfect, but when I'm at work or interacting with others there is a level of professionalism that I am passionate about delivering. Typically I go to jungle boys, but started going to grow healthy often for the past 3 month I would say 5-6 times a month. Today after a long shift drove 30 mins, and experienced the worse customer service. I hope that a manger can see this and if he was the manger hey that's even more confirmation that I dont need to go there because I almost cursed this man out. sometimes revenge is not acting out of character, but ignoring ppl who are just ignorant or maybe just a jerk. so going forward no more GROW HEALTHY!!! I've been a long time fan of trulieve, but it was all I knew. After research I found this place of leafy, I was excited they actually open at 8, which is great since I usually work mid to closes. New places give me social anxiety but this place is very calm ambiance. Bop in the shop music plays as you enter a rather small waiting area. It's so small I assume because they're so quick with their wait time. I was in and out in 10 minutes and it was my first time there. While waiting, you can read a list of their current products on hand, which also tell you the type of terps and what the medicine is good for (i.e. depression or nausea) Upon entering the beautiful, well designed floor in the back they give you a "tour". Helping you, your first time, to understand their color code and name sequences. They have these really cool jars with bud in them, so you can magnify and look at the crystals. The coolest part what you can open a flap to smell the flower. I was sold right there. This weekend they are 35% off on distillates and vapes. They do have a new comer discount, spent $175 and get $75 off. What drew me here was their menu on leafy, which Alex (the gentleman who took care of me) said they keep their menu up to date as much as possible. So you can check their stock online through there. I particularly went because it's one of the few places that sell half gram for certain products, including their distillate. It's great, I can try it for half the price of a full or pick up to make it to next pay check. Alex. Alex was great. Superb customer service skills. Apologized for my small wait and was with me the entire process. He explained how everything works and gave me the tour, as well as made a fire recommendation for Stardawg strain (thanks dude). Boss man also has good taste in music, again bop in the shop music was playing and made it a really chill experience. Upon leaving the cute girl behind the counter was also very nice. She parted me off with "have a nice day" and a smile. I thought I almost forgot my ID and she was just as concerned looking for it. Had it in my wallet, oops lol. Over all wonderful experience. This is so funny I called them today less than 2 min ago. The guy who picked up the phone was so condescending about my questions I explained that trulive has cheaper 8ths from $33 $43 or $53 and yalls are $50 I said it pretty much like that he was like oh sir that's because we have premium flower. But he said it just so cocky for no reason. All I wanted to know is if there bud was more potent. So after he went on his rant about them not being trulive I had to interrupt him from talking to actually say what I meant and ask if they're flower is stronger. I've never went there before because of the simple fact their menu is nothing has nothing way too expensive for no reason. So I'm just writing this to say if they disrespect you on the phone and In person then why go? I know I won't we're patients they didn't care. Also from what I can see people that actually go have terrible experiences as well so I won't be going to grow healthy ever! I constantly try to give this place a fair shot and they constantly fail. First off they are constantly out of product. Secondly their so call Trail Blazer delivery is a joke. I placed my order at 4:30, upon check out the website said estimated delivery time 6:30. They have failed before so I decided to call and confirm delivery time. The automated phone system says a hold time of 8 minutes. Literally 55 minutes later I'm still on hold. I call back a few minutes later and another 35 minutes of hold time, needed to hang up. 6:30 rolls around and I call again, another 40 minutes of hold time. I finally get someone on the line and she says the driver was at my door at 5;30. Bill crap, I have ring and no one was at my door, the customer service here is crap. I'm done with this place. To top it off all of their flower is $50, at least Truelieve has prices ranging from $$33 up. They seriously need to get it together.
