Horrible customer service! It does not matter whether you check in online and or give them your ID. It does not matter the order you come in they will take whoever you want and just leave you sitting in there. They did that two times in a row within two weeks and I finally have had enough and when I spoke up for myself the manager, she was a little sarcastic, but I love her and she's sweet however, the girl that rung me up was very rude snatching receipts, and bags! 10 years ago I would have done the snatching. I've been to this location a few times and have always been able to check-in, pay for my online order, and headout fairly quickly. If it's busy when you arrive, you will have to wait a bit but it's never too long. My orders are typically simple, so I haven't had issues with anything being out of stock - they might have a good system to keep the item stock updated. Overall the employees are friendly and willing to answer questions if any, and the interior is very clean, and modern. It almost mimics a science lab that you would see in the movies. I've made 2 trips to this dispensary, once without making a pickup order and one with an order ready. I walked in without an order made, and was treated like I didn't matter one bit at checkin because I hadn't ordered anything for pickup. I had never been inside a dispensary nor had I ever ordered in person before, and I just so happen to land in the rudest of them all. And when I say rude, it was only the receptionist who was dismissive and impolite. I asked her what the process was since I had never done an in-person experience and she told me I should have read the FAQs online before coming and that it could be up to an hour of a wait. So I waited. The guy called me back, and I went to Dani. She was super nice, but didn't seem the most knowledgeable in overall cannabis terms and uses for recommending products. It was as if she was just reading from a prompter. The second time around, I made an order and got in, without any issues. The order notification said everything was available in the order, but when I arrived the receptionist this go around (different from first) said that they were out of flower and told me my new total--which didn't meet the minimum for the Black Friday Special, didn't even recommend an upsell or similar product but I requested one. Thankfully the curly-haired tinted glasses dude was onboard that day and had replacement ready for me. He's awesome. They do always seem to be out of at least one or two things I requested each visit, but that may be supply/demand issues out of their control. Overall, not a horrible dispensary depending on who you get. It's definitely a toss up. read more

I am a disappointed trulieve customer. Placed an order online with the understanding I would have 24 hours to pick up. When I went to the store they refused to honor the sale price from the previous day when order was placed. They said that the 24 hour hold was for the order only and not the the pricing. The staff had little concern for my dissatisfaction. I have been doing the same type of orders for the last 5 years and they have always honored pricing. As a first time patient with limited knowledge, I went to trulieve as I've heard great things about them. The check in process was great, awesome guy. Didn't wait too long which was fine HOWEVER when I went into the back I was assisted by a lady named Jennifer, register all the way to the left when you walk in. She was rude, showed no appreciation as I mentioned it's my first time in. I had a guest with me, who asked a question about an IPAD, nothing to do with my script and she threatened to call the manager on him. She was not helpful, had an attitude and honestly felt she didn't want me their, nor wanted to help or flat out doesn't like her job. I'm definitely going to look at other centers opposed to this one, but IF I had to go back here, I would refuse to have her help me. My guest and I were treated with no respect. read more

Showing up to a pretty much empty store with one, exactly one customer inside buying and I waited so long I had to leave because I had to be somewhere else, silly me I thought putting aside a whole half hour to do this was more than enough as in every single other dispensary I have been in has been a 10-15 minute task as most. Very wack even with pick up or express your always waiting long times. They always blame system issues like it's the customers problem... manager came out very rude to me when I asked for some sort of compensation on an 1 item order. I'm in a lot of pain from this recent car accident and no one called me that my order was canceled. I'm tired of hearing the excuse of the shortage of staff like it has something to do with the customer. Order was made early in the morning and when I went to pick it up it was canceled!???? Im a regular at this location, and i usually have a great experience. on 10/19, terri was my cashier. She is SO RUDE!!! My order was a bit complicated, as i was making changes and wanted to pay with 2 different cards. She shook her head and rolled her eyes at me because she was frustrated. I asked her if we're going to have a problem, she said no but proceeded to be rude. That's when Mika came to finish the transaction because i wanted nothing to do with that girl terri. Mika is very sweet and is such a good employee, so is Nadia. Honestly this location is literally falling apart. ****** Nadia and Mika are the only 2 that give me hope at this trulieve. This business is the worse! No respect, incorrect in filling orders and down right rude to customers. They say sorry a lot, that seems to be an industry standard these days everywhere. I had a order filled incorrectly, the pen had the correct sticker of what I ordered but the wrong product was given to me. Call them they said I could exchange it easy enough you would think. Went to here to exchange this one item, I have to get in line and wait 30 minutes for a mistake they made! A waste of an hour and half of my time. I will never go there again. Honestly, what's with all the negative reviews? I've been to Truleive seven or eight times so far. Absolutely the best. I live 150 yards from a Grow Healthy... You need to fire whoever is running this store. I shop Trulieve in multiple counties and this store resembles no other Trulieve location. I've been in five times, spent 30+ minutes waiting in the lobby each time and have never been able to complete a purchase here because the line never moves except when someone walks out in frustration. How do they pay the rent when they have fifteen people waiting and not one person has walked out with a purchase for an hour? Don't even bother driving here. You'll get served quicker by simply driving to MUV or Liberty Health. read more

One word ... slow. I'm from Miami visiting and there's not one dispensary in Miami where I wait even remotely as close to how long I waited.

Trulieve overall is a great company. But do not shop at this location. They are extremely slow. Every time I place an order for EXPRESS pick up, I am waiting in the waiting area for 30+ minutes. You would think that by placing an order and getting a text from them saying "Your order is ready for pickup" that it would ACTUALLY BE READY FOR PICK UP. Do not buy from this location. They are slow and do not care if you are in a hurry no matter how long ago you placed an order. Every time I come to this location I get so frustrated and so do all the other customers. I don't know if they are short-staffed or what, but either way, there is no reason it should take SO long for them to give you what you ordered online. Every time I go there at least 1 or 2 people walk out because they can't wait any longer. read more
