Unfortunately, we had such negative history with groomers for our feisty one, we were super concerned who would groom him! Mandee never once thought twice about grooming our Fritz. She does such a thorough job and they look amazing! Her attention to detail and making sure our dogs were comfortable was outstanding! She even trimmed my neighbors dogs nails without an appointment when she drove by and asked! I have used other mobile grooming services before, and this was by far our best experience. This was done during grooming AND covered up. Even worse, whoever Lindsey is leaves me a message accepting ZERO accountability and blaming my pet. I've ran into the same issue multiple times with Dee-O-Gee. I recently dropped off my female Bernese Mountain dog for a full grooming at 9:30AM. At 2:15pm, I called to check on the status of my dog, and the person working told me she was almost done drying and was next to be groomed....fine...I'm not going to be that guy. I call back 5:05pm since I haven't heard anything..... MY DOG IS STILL WET AND DRYING and has not been groomed!!! ....again they give me the excuse she takes a long time to dry....almost 8 hours of drying!!! Why did they schedule my appointment at 9:30am if they couldn't groom my dog timely? Who knows if they've given my dog water or a potty break. So many questions, but again read the reviews...this place sucks!
