The lead bartender harassed me and others for a pre-service gratuity throughout the evening--even interrupting me moments before I walked down the aisle. They argued with our planner, complained to guests, and shut down the bar nearly an hour early. I've worked in event management for over two decades and have never experienced such blatant disrespect from a vendor.
