Food (4/5): Tried one of each of the Asada, Pastor, and Pollo tacos. The tacos had a good amount of protein in them and flavor was solid. I wasn't a fan of the green sauce but the red sauce was good. Also tried the chicharon/cheese and asada/cheese pupusas. They were a decent size and could probably get full with just one. The pupusas were on the softer side and the flavor was solid just like the tacos. Out of the two, the pupusas was my favorite for sure. I need to go back and try the birria options they had there. Service (4/5): The lady taking the orders was nice and polite. Location: It was located in a small food truck park over in the Avondale/Haslet area a little bit off the freeway. There is some seating and other trucks there but just a few were open.

My wife and I have been to this food truck park a couple of times since moving to the Sendera Ranch area, and on Saturday we went by here to eat, once again (it's been a busy few days, so forgot to review). For starters, let me mention the park itself. Everybody here is very friendly and really support each other, online and in person, which is very nice in comparison to most places. While my wife is good with going to the BBQ set up, but I try a little of everything. This particular time, was craving tacos so hit up the truck that I hadn't tried yet.... So now onto the review. I decided to try the birria grilled cheese and OMG it was purely mazing. I've never actually tried the birria from anywhere before, so yummy. Of course would have been better if we ate at the park since it was kinda soggy when got around to eating, but dipping it in that sauce and eating like that was so good. I also tried one of their tacos... Because... Well... Tacos (speaks for itself). My only complaint was that not many varieties of meat, but the asada that I did try was quite tasty. I'll def try here again to try new things, because no 2 times at this park have I gotten the same thing (it's all good).

Adore their pupusa options! Combined with the cabbage on the side and sauces is truly a great bite. However, I do feel like their menudo stole the show. Super comforting deep flavors with generous portions to keep every spoonful as good as the last. The owner was polite and helpful as we made our selections and she offered recommendations as well.

What a great place to have some tacos, they are simple and delicious. We tried the Beef, Pork and Chicken tacos and also the pork and cheese Pupusas and let me tell you, they were on point! The place is located in the Roundup Haslet Food Truck Park which is a perfect stop point in the neighborhood with parking and usually some kinda of attraction like music or inflatables for the kids.

Growing up as a Salvadoran, we ate a lot of pupusas. All I needed was one bite to know these were the best pupusas I have ever had. I ordered the bean and cheese and the pork and cheese pupusa and I regret not ordering more. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu. I'm speechless.

The birria taco was nicely fried and the consomé was flavorful albeit a little on the sour side.

I decided to stop by this location yesterday cause I wanted to order some shrimp and fish taco…read moretacos for me and my friends. I ordered two Baja fish tacos one that was fully loaded, one that only had lettuce, pico, and one that was just lettuce only. I ordered two shrimp tacos again one fully loaded and one with just lettuce. I also ordered a side of refried beans and rice. M the first disappointment was the lack of Customer Service not one person acknowledged the two or three of us that walked in for a good five minutes not even a hello. M one person walked out and the other person was trying to get some questions answered about the menu and I don't know if they weren't able to give him the answers he was looking for it, but he walked out I placed my order to go and it took nearly 15 minutes. During this time, there was one pick up order so I'm not sure why it was taking so long and there were like five or six people in the kitchen. When I finally got my order, I brought it home and when we opened it, we noticed that there is a very chemical smelling odor to the fish and the shrimp tacos, and the two that I had specifically ordered with just lettuce came fully loaded so one of my friends wasn't able to eat anything which was probably lucky for them because the two of us that were able to eat them got food poisoning. My one friend got sick within a couple of hours of eating and I got sick not long after that and was sick pretty much all night. To pay nearly $40 for the amount of food we order and to be that ill was not the best experience. There are other local Mexican restaurants that have much better tasting fish tacos in the area and much more reasonably priced with their menu Sadly, I will not be returning

I ordered: à la carte barbacoa street tacos fully loaded (all the toppings), à la carte carne asada street tacos fully loaded, and an order of Birria tacos. The good: -All the tacos were tasty. If you stop and grab your own fresh produce (cilantro, white onion, and lime) then you will enjoy them. -The people are friendly. The needs work: - I ordered a lot of tacos and I was given 0 limes. This should be a crime. Atleast a misdemeanor, especially after repeated violations! -Birria tacos consume is a step or 2 above brown water these days: very thin with no flavor. -The onions and cilantro on the side are not fresh. It's like the produce is tired after sitting out a day or two. - I purposely ordered à la carte tacos (they are $3.50 per taco), but when I get my bill I was charged for 1 à la carte taco and a half order of tacos. The half order is 2 for $8. I told the cashier at the window what I ordered and she said "it's basically the same thing", I said no, it's not, I explained the difference and then she asked if I wanted her to ring it up again. I said no and she offered me some beans which come in the half order of tacos. Yikes, just give a girl what she ordered next time. - Drive thru speaker was not working properly. Overall, will I be back, yes, but is this my go to? Not anymore. Frezko Taco Spot, you can still be in my life but we are no longer exclusive. We can't go steady anymore....

Its authentic Mexican eats and yes abuela is in the back serving up some great traditional Mexican eats. I've never been disappointed here. The corn tortillas are delicious and they're plenty of choices for tacos including Lengua, Tripa, and chivo. Menudo and the Aguachile are Oui good. Small family owned, clean and service with a smile, we've always enjoyed our meal and time here and when leaving felt like that was a bargain. I had the flautas this visit and they were amazing topped with a cheesy salad, the tortilla perfectly fried with a crispy crunchy bite followed by savory beef my tummy says yummy! Served with refried beans and finished with a slice of Flan Napolitano. Good Cooking, Friendly Service with Maggie and reasonable prices. That's 5 stars all day long !!
