He has shown intelligence, honesty and skills which are very rare, during these times. I was one of Oscar's first customers and have seen him grow with his business. As for the individuals who made negative and derogatory comments about Oscar. I feel these individuals had bad intentions to cause harm, or made a huge mistake on posting on an incorrect name site. Oscar is a fine business man and a honest smog/repair man who strives for excellence in his work which each time I visit. The reviews speak for themselves.
