Provided flat rate with no add-on charges even though he had to create access in the ductwork for clean-out. Gave an estimate of 3 1/2- 4 hrs. It took 4 hrs, so spot on. Provided before and after photos. Said ducts were not as bad as he expected. Photos confirmed. Also cleaned dryer vent which was in horrible shape even though we had it serviced by someone else a couple of years ago. This company seemed to have much more powerful industrial grade equipment. Dryer vent cleaning' was 1/2 price since we had it done at the same time. He even modified the ductwork to make it safer and more accessible.
