I gave them the error code I had received already and they told me what the issue was. However everything I had read on the code explained that my make/model can list it for several reasons. I got a quick return phone call stating it was that issue but I doubted their sincerity in diagnosing the issue. I decided to have it repaired at the dealership. With my over the phone description, the dealership also had it's doubts that the code was accurate. They would have to test a few things to be for sure. Also they called to tell me that the appointment I booked online could not be honored and left a vm. It asked my preferred method of contact and I said text message not phone call. I work 3rd shift and also have to call my inbox to retrieve messages. My previous vm app was discontinued and I am still looking for one I like. So they are by no means terrible but I would rather not risk my repairs with someone that I am not familiar with and is not completely transparent.

They certainly had not caused those issues, but it would have been helpull to know. They cost me time from work and money besides. He went from 'thats not possible' to 'if we had done that' to 'this is what we do when that happens'. It turned into one of the situations where he said too much because he thought I didn't understand what he was saying. Looking at Google and the description-its an absolute lie. All of the part stores in the area know me. By name. And Ive taught the young bucks behind the counter a thing or two. I am smart enough to ask about the things that I don't know and I know how to ask nicely. He'd begrudgingly told me to make it in by 7:15 am to fit me in. Didnt offer the work for free (removing the leaking oil drain plug that they didnt use a crush washer with and is not coming out), didnt go into what could may be done to fix it and what they can offer for any price. I know how to fix it, his customer services was the worst Ive experienced in a long time.
