The reason I went with this company again for my move was because last time we had such a great…read moreexperience. I moved from a two bedroom apartment with my roommate to a three story townhouse. They were able to get this done in under eight hours. We even bought them lunch so with that short break. They were still able to get it done in a reasonable amount of time, especially since they were removing two people's worth of stuff. I even recommended this company to my brother and sister-in-law who have used them several times since and had no issues. For my move this past Friday I previously had a heads up from my roommate that Cacho pushed back their original time, but ultimately ended up having to cancel on her since he didn't have another person that could help him move. Therefore, he sent another company called Antonio's moving, but by that time she ultimately decided to go with another moving company. Once I heard this information I reached out to Cacho via phone call, confirming that they would be able to do my move and would have appropriate staff. He told me yes. The day before the move he texted me and asked me if I was ready for my moves. I responded. Yes there was no communication afterwards. The day of the move. I see a moving truck on my street with Antonio's moving on it this was the first red flag. A period of time afterwards one of the movers came walking up to my house. He did not speak English, but we were able to confirm that that was where he was supposed to be. At this time it was just him and I asked about the other guy but again he didn't speak English. Well my move was supposed to start at 11 AM so around 11:30 AM is when the second guy showed up. Technically they didn't start moving my stuff until about 11:45 AM. In the nicest way both of these guys were not in the condition to be moving my stuff from a three-story townhouse. I knew instantly that this was not the same company and I asked one of the Movers what happened to Cacho and he tried to explain to me, but I could barely understand what he was trying to say. I did reach out to Cacho to ask what happened as I did. Call to confirm that it would be Cacho and he tried to tell me that this was the same moving company. I already know it wasn't based on the truck and the two movers they sent. The truck was raggedy and the door was broken. They literally drove my stuff in the rain with the back door open. Some of items were soaked because of this. These guys took four hours to move my stuff out of my previous resident mind you it took the same amount of time for the same alleged company to move essentially two bedrooms worth of things for two different people and we had a lot of items together. They were taking things down the stairs, two items at a time prolonging the move even further. I reached out halfway through and told him I was disappointed and informed him I've sent you many referrals in which I never got a response. Again it took them a total of eight hours so by the time they were finished, it was 8 PM. The mover told me he was calling his boss and Antonio so that we can take care of payment. Also another confirmation that this was not Chacho's company. I told Antonio on the phone that I was very disappointed and it was at that time when I noticed the damage to my dresser literally looked like they dropped my dresser or didn't secure it properly in the truck so it smashed. He then told me he was going to reach out to his carpenter and give me a call back and immediately hung up. When I received the call back, it was actually the owner of Cacho and I let him know what happened at this time he did confirm that this was his brother's moving company company. He offered to take $200 off at first. He was trying to offer me less, but this dresser is worth more than that especially since they completely damaged the frame to the point where the drawers wouldn't open at the top. I told him it would need to be $300-$400 off. He tried to negotiate with me and tell me no I was not taking over an answer so he finally gave in and gave me $300 off. Still not enough to cover the damage and when I asked about insurance, he went on the rent that didn't make any sense so that just confirmed they didn't have any insurance and that was a lie. To top it all off my sister-in-law used Cacho the next day and it was actually Cacho that showed up and of course it took them about three hours to move the same amount of stuff that I had. All they had to do is be honest and say they didn't have the staff to move me and I could've went with another company. I've attached all my pictures as evidence. I don't want anybody to have to go through the same situation I did. I highly recommend that they stop utilizing Antonio's moving company as they do not have the same standards as Cacho's moving company.

They took no time getting everything out of our apartment into their truck, they wrapped what needed to be wrapped and was very careful with removing our televisions from the wall. They don't remove wall mounts which is understandable. No damage to any of my items they did what they were hired to do move our furniture setup our bed that was it because we had purchased new furniture. We were so impressed my husband gave a nice tip for the service they provided they were so good that we are once again for the last time have hired them to move us into our dream home.
