My two cents - While he may not walk in the door looking like a model wearing a white dress shirt with his sleeves rolled up, he's nothing short of amazing! Technically very capable, fast, and extremely fair and honest as well - As service providers go ... he's the best you'll find. o This may not seem like much, but never once has he tried to upsell me anything I didn't need or want. o I had him do a repair at my mother-in-law's house. The original installer had been out to 'fix' the 3yr old system FOUR TIMES over the course of a year. Tired of ignorance, I called Morgan out and the system has worked perfectly ever since. o I've had him repair an ancient (1980's) system at my office - while I only needed a few more months out of it, it was good to have heat in the winter! o And later I had him replace the system at my office and at my house as well - both jobs done professionally and, I might add, at a decent discount to what others had quoted me. o Finally, I just had him out to replace the system at our mountain cabin - amazing. Did his damndest to schedule an emergency replacement to my spec and on my time (before the next day's 85deg weather hit), and never once complained.
